Unfortunately, it is not possible to change the Username/Email ID of an account
We recommend that you cancel your existing subscription at the end of your billing cycle, create a new account (at any time) and purchase a subscription.
We suggest that you use a role email address for the new account eg. admin@, accounts@, sales@, etc to avoid this issue in the future.
