Are you having problems opening the results file?
Are the results just opening up in a one big text file?
If you answered yes to any of the question above then keep reading?
When you open/double-click on a file, it will automatically open the file using the default program assigned to that file type.
Step 1. Click the "Microsoft Office Button" and then Click "Open"
Important: If you don't see the "Microsoft Office Button" , Click "Open" on the "File" menu.
(Keyboard shortcut: To display the "Open dialog box", Press "CTRL+O".)
Step 2. In the "Look in" list or "Navigation pane", Click on the folder, drive or location that contains the file that you want to open.
Note: By default, the files that you see in the "Open dialog box" are only those files that are created by the program that you are using. For example, if you are using Microsoft Office Excel, you do not see files that are created by using Microsoft Office Word unless you Click on "All Files" in the "Files of type" box.
Step 3. Click the "file" and then click Open .

You can select which app you use to open a file. This is useful if you prefer to use a certain app, or if you don’t have the app that was used to create the file.
Open a file once with a specific app
Do one of the following:
Drag the file onto the app icon in the Finder or the Dock.
Select the document in the Finder, then choose File > Open With.
Control-click the document, then choose Open With.
Open the app, then choose File > Open.
Permanently change the app used to open a document
Step 1. In the Finder, Select the "document", then "Choose File" > "Get Info".
Step 2. You can also Control-click the document, then Choose "Get Info".
Step 3. In the "Info window", Click on the "disclosure triangle" next to "Open with".
Step 4. Click the "pop-up menu", then Choose the app.
To open all documents of this file type with this app, click Change All.
If you can’t open a file with a specific app, the file may be damaged or may not be recognized by that app. Try opening it with a different app.
