Reset password

If you have forgotten your password or are unable to log in, use the 'I forgot my password' link.

Click on the 'I forgot my password link' located underneath the login button.

You will be redirected to the reset password section.

Enter your Username and click on the Reset Password button.

You will receive an email with a password reset link. Emails are sent to your registered email address.

Click on the link in your email to open the 'reset password' page.

Enter your Username and new password and click on the reset password button.

You will see a message confirming that your password has been changed successfully.

Click on the 'Go to login button" and sign-in to your account with your new password

Account lockout

We currently implement an account lockout policy after a number of unsuccessful login attempts. Your account will automatically unlock after a cooling down period.
