You cancel your subscription within the billing portal of our payment provider, Chargebee. You need to be logged in to your Email Hippo account to access this.
From within your Email Hippo account, click on Manage Account at the bottom of the list on the menu at the left-hand side.
Click on the Cancel Subscription tab and then ‘Continue to billing portal’.
You will be redirected to the Customer Portal Login, as shown below.
At the bottom of the page in the last section Timeline click the Cancel link. It’s in the bottom right hand corner.
This takes you to the Cancel Subscription page. Please fill in a reason for cancelling - we don’t want to see you go so let us know if there is something that we can improve!
You should now see a confirmation message.
