Unfortunately when the payment processing company declines a transaction on your bank or card issuers behalf, they do not provide us with a reason.

You will need to contact your bank or card issuer to find out why your card was declined. We don’t have sight of any reasons for cards declining and can’t offer assistance. There are a number of reasons for card payments failing. In our experience the majority of these fall into two areas;

  • An international issue with a card not cleared for making international transactions
  • A payment limit / credit limit issue relating to funds
