If you have forgotten your password or are unable to log in, use the 'Don’t remember your password?' link on the log in page.
Click on the 'Don’t remember your password?’ located above the ‘LOG IN’ button.
You will be redirected to the reset password section.
Enter your Email and click on the ‘RESET PASSWORD’ button.
You will receive an email with a password reset link. Emails are sent to your registered email address.
Click on the link ‘Change my password’ in your email to open the 'Change Password' page.
Enter your new password and click on the go symbol.
You will see a message confirming that your password has been changed successfully.
Click on the 'Go to login button" and sign-in to your account with your new password.
We currently implement an account lockout policy after a number of unsuccessful log in attempts. You will receive an email to your account's registered email address, saying we detected suspicious activity in your Email Hippo account. You will then be asked to verify it was you.
