Multiple users can be added to one Email Hippo account. To add users to your account follow the instructions in this article. 


Log into your Email Hippo account to open the homepage of your account. To add a user click the "Administration" button in the left-hand sidebar menu, as indicated below. 



Scroll down the drop-down menu and click on ‘Invites’. 



On the Invite new user page, type in the email address, first name and last name of the user you wish to invite and click the ‘INVITE’ button. 



The status of the invitation and the expiry date of the invite will be shown on the screen. 



To revoke a user’s invite, click the ‘REVOKE’ button.
