To add a billing contact to your Email Hippo account sign in to your Email Hippo account and click on ‘Administration’ and then go to ‘Billing’.



You are now on the company billing details page. Click on ‘Contacts’. 



Click ‘Create’ to add a new contact. 


Fill in the first name, last name and email address of the contact, and click the ‘Save’ button.



The contact is now saved and will receive all future billing invoices, as well as the account administrator.
