This is normally due to the registered credit card having a fraud policy that can prevent you from making payments overseas.
Step 1. To resolve this and complete the payment process you will need contact your credit card company and ask them to allow you to make a payment to the UK on this occasion. It is quite an easy process and it doesn't take very long.
The contact details should be on the back of the card and they are also available on-line.
Step 2. Alternatively, you could try another payment method, card or PayPal.
