Understand what to do if you have forgotten your password or been locked out.
If you have forgotten your password or are unable to log in, use the 'Don’t remember your password?' link on the log in page.
Click on the 'Don’t remember your password?’ located above the ‘LOG IN >’ button.
Once you press this, you should have to enter your email and then press send email. You should receive an email within 5 minuets of your request.
You should receive an email that looks like the image below; click on the link to set up a new password.
After clicking the link, you should be able to enter your new password. Once you have typed in your new password, press the green go symbol.
You will see a message confirming that your password has been changed successfully.
Click on the 'Go to login button' and sign-in to your account with your new password.
We currently implement an account lockout policy after a number of unsuccessful log in attempts.
You will receive an email to your account's registered email address, saying we detected suspicious activity in your Email Hippo account. You will then be asked to verify it was you.
If you are still unable to log in after resetting your password or have waited at least 30 minutes before retrying then please email us at email@example.com or use the link to the form below to request further assistance.
