Understand how to see who has access on your Hippo World account.
Log in to your Hippo World account.
Click on the ‘Administration’ button, on the left of the menu, and ‘Users’ in the drop-down menu, as indicated below.
You can revoke a user and edit their permission groups by clicking on the "DETAIL" button next to the user's name.
To add or remove a permission click on the permission. An active permissions are displayed as solid green rectangles.
The permissions are as follows:
Owner - full access to all features and functions including product usage and managing users, invites, billing details, payment methods and api keys.
The user who created the account is normally the owner and each account must have at least one user with the owner permission.
CORE user - access to upload files, verify files, view and download results
MORE user - access to use the check now and quick start features and view the results analyses.
WHOIS user - access to use the check now and quick start features
ASSESS user - access to use the check now and quick start features and view the results analyses.
Billing viewer - access to view payments and invoices
Billing manager - access to view payments and invoices and manage payment methods
API keys manager - access to create, disable, enable and revoke API keys for each API product
